“Don't be afraid of your fears. They're not there to scare you. They're there to let you know that something is worth it.” ― C. JoyBell C.

There are days when we want to crumple up in a ball and just do nothing. Sometimes fear and emotions get to our nerves and motivation disappears. This happens a lot and lately I've been seeing people like that. It terrifies me that someday they lose will enough motivation to even breathe. Their strength in believing in themselves just slowly dies down, and suddenly you're stuck in a position where you can't reach out and help. But that shouldn't stop you. Reach out even if they slap your hand away. If they do push you away, fall back a bit. Keep an eye on them so they don't do anything rash. Be the strength that they need.

Sometimes you're stuck in an situation where you awkwardly try to comfort people and feel like you're not helping. Who knows maybe you are making a bit of change in their life that they need. Everyone needs to be comforted differently, some need people's advice and help, while others like to keep away and deal with themselves. Gently talk to them. A calming tone helps sometimes.

Getting a good night's sleep helps me. "Sleeping away your problems" can be useful, but that doesn't mean it will go away. I like to distract myself mostly by talking to someone. By talking to someone you can go off into distracting tangents and that helps settle your mind down. Other people can help give the strength you need to move on, so try not to keep it hoarded inside of you.

Make sure the people who you choose to spend your time around with, will be there for you when you need help. Also when people come to ask you for help, be the strength and person they need. Being lost in a hopeless state, can lead to people doing things they probably shouldn't or didn't mean to do. Be the person to help them get back onto their feet and move forward.

An answer to a problem won't always be transparent, but it can be found by you. Don't Worry, Be Happy!
